Once a carrier is confirmed, we collect a small deposit to secure your spot on the driver's route. This deposit is fully applied toward your total transport cost, ensuring your shipment is locked in and ready to move. 
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international shipments must be paid in full (prepaid) after all export documentation have been signed and notarized by the customer to be able to create a booking with the freight forwarder company prior to scheduling port or yard vehicle drop off's.

After your scheduled pickup date, your assigned carrier will reach out — usually a few hours prior or the day before — to coordinate pickup times, confirm your address, and review any important details. This ensures a smooth handoff and gives you time to prepare the vehicle for loading.

Your assigned carrier will carefully load your vehicle, complete a detailed pickup inspection, and begin transport along the scheduled route.
